  1. a true opponent says:

dear durganand was your view the same when consequent upon the judgment of ahmedabad high court seniority scenario changed drastically. y didn’t everybody particularly itef at that time said” we are neither opposing nor supporting the high court order”. Merely because it was in promotees favour was the direct recruit inspectors are not citizen of India and was it not in their favour, so dont make hue and cry of this order. It is just like story in Mahabharata where pandavs goes to forest and exile for 12 and one years and after returning kauravas where so much addicted to the crown of hastinapur that they didn’t want to return it to the pandavas, this is the same case with u and itef and promotees are behaving like kauravas and we all know what was the end of the war. So we are fearing supporting the prmotees cause even it is not their right any further, will create havoc for itef

If administration act upon Hon. SC decision in the case of UOI & Ors. Vs. N. R. Parmar & Ors. to implement, the order will create chaos in all government sector( excl, private) and it being Apex court judgement it become case law appliable to all in government fraternity. The workmen in enitre country gets effected and administration will stands still. Hence we should pray the Hon’ble Apex Court to re-call their order in the interest of citizens of INDIA.
