The aim of the committee is to deal with the existing litigation and to reduce the same in future. Non Providing of Note Book, mobile phones etc. does not constitute service litigation. If any members get favorable order from CAT on genuine issues, the policy of the Department is to appeal it in High Court and after that SLP to Supreme Ccourt. So better wind up the Redressal Committee as early as possible – it is futile, not fruitful !.
