Order granting benefit of Fixation of pay on promotion to a post carrying higher duties and responsibilities but carrying the same grade pay has been issued today by the Dept. of Expenditure in No.10/02/2011.E.III/A (dated 7.1.2013). See attached order.

There is still confusion overt the 3% increment due to Promotion to the Same Grade Pay and post carrying higher duties and responsibilities as many places ZAO has objected and even ITEF Central HQ wrote letter to the HRD for clarification.
in view of this If,in Kerala the same is allowed to the OS and Steno, G-I. please upload copy of sanction order for the same.
