The minutes of Personnel Grievance Committee which met of 08-02-2013 is posted here under. The minutes have been bifurcated as administrative issues and grievance matters and hence separate minutes.
Under item 6 of administrative matters, the administration, depending upon the decision of CBDT on acceptability, had agreed to implement the favourable CAT order on advance increment in all similar cases. However, subsequently CBDT directed the CCIT[CCA] to file an appeal before the High Court against the said order.
